Nearly two thousand years ago, the eruption of Mount Vesuvius transformed the land surrounding Naples into one of the most fertile growing regions in the world.

Meet Our Founders
Growing up in a close knit first-generation Italian American family, some of our most meaningful memories were made in the kitchen where cooking meant connection, tradition, and love. But as life became busier, we realized something was missing.
Finding a store-bought sauce that truly tasted home made with authentic ingredients and the same care we grew up with felt nearly impossible. So we started making our family sauces again.
At first, it was simply for friends and family. Then came the Little Italy Mercato in San Diego, where customers returned week after week, sharing stories about how our sauce reminded them of Sunday dinners, grandparents, and meals that felt real.
That support became something bigger. Together, we built The Curvy Italian with one simple mission: To bring truly authentic, beautifully made Italian food to modern families without ever compromising on quality, ingredients, or heart.
Because we believe great food doesn’t just feed people. It brings them together.
